• Original summaries, analysis, and editorial content authored by our team or AI systems under our direction.
• Platform interface design, graphics, logos, and brand assets.
• Featured article images rendered in-house as brand graphics (stock photos remain the property of their photographers).
• Curated content collections, trending scores, and editorial compilations.
• The software code underlying the platform.

Ajako Taja operates in accordance with fair use and fair dealing principles under applicable copyright law. Our use of third-party content is intended to:

• Comment on, critique, or summarize publicly available news and information.
• Provide transformative AI-generated summaries that add value beyond the original.
• Enable public access to information about trending topics.
• Reference publicly available data and social media content for informational purposes.

Facts and news events can't be owned, but an outlet's writing can, so we report the facts in our own words. How that works in practice:

• We read an outlet's report for its facts and write our own article. We never republish an outlet's article, in full or in part, and we never get around paywalls or bot protection.
• We read an outlet's page only if its robots.txt allows our bot (AjakoTajaBot) and the outlet hasn't asked us to stop. Otherwise we use only its RSS headline and summary.
• Every article is compared word by word with the outlets' text. A passage that repeats 16 or more of an outlet's words in a row is rewritten, or held back from publishing.
• Quotes are people's words, quoted exactly and attributed — at most two per article, each 30 words or fewer.
• Each article lists every outlet it draws on under “How outlets covered it” — the outlet's name, logo, its own headline and a link to its article — so readers can go to the original reporting.

If you believe our use goes beyond this, or you'd like us to stop reading your pages, please reach out before filing a formal DMCA notice — we act on these quickly, and most issues can be resolved informally.

A significant portion of content on Ajako Taja is generated or assisted by AI. Our approach:

Ajako Taja article thumbnails come from three sources: free-license stock photos from Pexels (used under the Pexels license and credited to the photographer), photos our team has the rights to use, and graphics rendered in-house from the niche's brand color, our logo, and the names of the outlets that reported the story. We do not use AI image generation or photos from the news outlets we cite, and the “How outlets covered it” list shows only each outlet’s name, logo, headline and link.

We don't use unlicensed photographs of identifiable private individuals. If you believe an image is being used without authorization, email ajakotaja@gmail.com with the specific URL and ownership details.

When you submit comments or other content to Ajako Taja, you confirm that:

• You own or have the right to post that content.
• The content doesn't infringe anyone else's intellectual property.
• The content doesn't violate any applicable laws.
• You're granting us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, distribute, and moderate it.

We may remove user-submitted content that violates these policies, our Terms, or applicable law, without prior notice.
