Ajako Taja is an AI-powered platform for trending stories, operated by Guided Labs Private Limited. We monitor news sources and feeds, identify stories gaining traction across outlets, and publish AI-generated summaries continuously — around the clock.

Content on Ajako Taja is based on reporting by third-party news outlets and publicly available feeds, summarized by AI. We are a technology platform, not a traditional news organization: AI drafts our articles, and our team selects the stories and reviews every article before it's published.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Ajako Taja. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has given you permission to use the platform.

For users in the European Economic Area, features like account creation and commenting require you to be at least 16, in line with applicable data protection law.

Some features require an account. When you sign up, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your password secure and not share it with anyone.
• Tell us promptly if you think your account has been compromised.
• Take responsibility for everything that happens under your account.

The following are not allowed on Ajako Taja:

Ajako Taja uses AI to generate article summaries, trend analyses, and headlines. Featured images are not AI-generated: they're free-license stock photos (credited under the image), photos our team has the rights to use, or brand graphics rendered in code. By using the platform, you acknowledge that:

• AI summaries may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information.
• AI summaries are derived from source material but may not capture every nuance or the full context of the original.
• Article images are illustrative — stock photos and brand graphics do not show the actual people, events, or places in the story.
• You should verify important information independently before relying on it for any consequential decision.
• We make no warranty that AI-generated content is accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose.

Ajako Taja draws on publicly available news sources and feeds. We cannot independently verify the accuracy of every story we surface, and we are not responsible for the editorial decisions or accuracy of those external outlets.

Third-party content is referenced for informational purposes. If you believe a reference infringes your copyright, please see our DMCA Policy.

Ajako Taja lets you share content to social media. When you do:

• You are responsible for making sure the content you share complies with that platform's own terms.
• We are not responsible for how third-party social media platforms handle shared content.
• Sharing features may be subject to platform API rate limits.
• We never post to your accounts without your explicit action.

Separately, Ajako Taja automatically shares its own articles to its official social media accounts. Those posts are written by AI, may be in English or Nepali, and link back to the full article, which is the authoritative version.

Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We encourage you to review those before engaging with any external service.

Ajako Taja is free to read and is supported by advertising. Ads are served by third-party networks, including Google AdSense, which may use cookies to show ads based on your visits to this and other websites.

• Ads are clearly separated from our content and are not endorsements by us.
• We are not responsible for the products, services, or claims of advertisers.
• Ad content is chosen by the ad network, not by our editorial pipeline.

Ajako Taja is provided "as is" and "as available" — without warranties of any kind, including (but not limited to):

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• Warranties that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• Warranties that content is accurate, complete, or up to date.

We don't provide legal, financial, medical, or investment advice. Nothing on this platform should be treated as professional advice of any kind.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Guided Labs Private Limited and its directors, employees, and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Nepal.

If you access the platform from a jurisdiction where these Terms conflict with local law, the laws of Nepal govern your use to the maximum extent permitted.
